Hello ,My name is Seb (Sébastien)

I live in the province of Maine-et-Loire click here to see the map approximately 300km to the west of Paris in the direction of Nantes. My QTH is near to Saumur, about 200km from the Atlantic ocean. I am 26 years of age (in 2003) and I obtained my first call-sign, F0DQZ, in January, 2002. For one year I was restricted to just 10w on 144Mhz. My very first contest was the IARU VHF 2002 in which I competed as a Class C (only 10w) single-operator. I gained 10th place in the contest, with 99 contacts, including one 371km QSO, and many contacts with EA-OR-OH etc etc etc ... for a novice call-sign that was a truly great experience!   One year later in January, 2003, I passed my CW examination and I am now F8DQZ. I now specialise in IOTA activations and DX-expeditions.
